Great Organizer

This is a great organizer much better than the calendar app. Its made my life less cluttered.

A favorite for the OCD and disorganized.

I love the functionality, the ease of use, and the share capability. Its reminiscent of the old Google Notes - just 10 times better.

I bought and downloaded this on my iPad mini. I loved how it worked and spent several hours setting up my lists. All of the sudden all of my lists were duplicated, even one that I had password protected. The next time I logged in, some of my lists had disappeared. Chalk up the cost to education. I am now trying Wunderlist instead

Very versatile

Ive used this list manager to bring together lists from Reminders and Google, along with a task calendar. This versatility, plus hierarchical lists, makes Pocket Lists one of the best! Have had occasional sync errors/crashes, which makes me a bit wary. There are also a couple things that could be improved, such as collapsible lists (see gtasks or cotton notes) and an option to use less height per task in order to see more tasks on the screen at once (see toodledo). All of that said, if you know the limitations and can live with them, the versatility of this app makes it unbeatable.

Finally I Found the Perfect List App

When my previous favorite (tarepanda to-do) crashed *again* and lost all my lists, I was looking for a new app. I needed something where I could make several simple lists (love the icons), move an item from one list to another easily, mark things off without them disappearing (or delete them easily if need be), adjust priority (or not), and sort. This app does it all. Its complex enough and simple enough! I use my lists for groceries, to-dos, things I want to remember, books I want to read, etc. I deleted so many "to-do" lists that were cumbersome in their complexity or only had the ability to create one list. Im thankful for this gem. I use it daily. You can choose if you want new items added to top or bottom; email, hide, or duplicate a list; set a due date, location, or repeat interval for any list item (or not if you dont want to mess with it); and more. Theres even a search feature.

Syncing issues

Generally a good app, but it has random syncing issues across devices. Some lists sync, others dont. Ive not been able to discern a consistent cause.

Started out looking great, but...

Plusses * Clean look * Syncs with ToodleDo * Organization of lists has potential to be useful for many things. Negatives * Way too limited repeat options (no weekdays, no every 3 months, every other day) * when you specify a due date, each task takes up more vertical space. Theres way too much whitespace what more could put on the page. * I want to see Reminders that I added with SIRI. I dont want hundreds of tasks copied into Reminders. Pocket Informant does this the best, letting you see, edit and even move Reminders to ToodleDo without copying all its tasks into Reminders. * I also want to see calendar events for today along with my tasks, but i dont want the app to copy all tasks with date and times into the calendar. Some apps do show where the tasks are due in the calendar view. A few go further and suggest when you could do tasks. These are only views of the calendar and tasks together. The tasks arent copied into the calendar.

Great product!

Has helped keep me way more organized and much more efficient with work and life

Great productivity app!

I love that I can have multiple lists. I try a lot of productivity apps and this is by far my favorite!

Clean & Sweet

Clean and simple, yet design is fun, so you dont feel like youre using some dry office efficiency product . Love it!

Great!! ABC order would be helpful

Would love to be able to sort the list by alphabetical order. Or to be able to move things up or down in the list easily.

Gettin better all the time

Honestly!!!

This app is out of this world with time saving, productivity increasing features like: integrating list with your REMINDERS and Calendars. Thank u !!

Lost everything

Was using it on my iPad and iPhone. Great for shopping lists. When all of a sudden, neither will sync. When I try to log in, it tells me my password is invalid. When I try to send the sync log to developers, it does not bring up an email. I deleted it and re-installed it, no help. This is on either device. And I am using the correct password... Im done.

Awesome app but?

Could you please add much more color and icon options please!

One of the best apps

Its rare to get an app that runs this smoothly, updates instantly, and shares across different peoples devices this seamlessly.

By far the most useful!

After trying a number of different to-do list and time management apps, I find this one by far the most useful. Its very best feature is the integration with iCal and Reminders. It could be improved with a few more appearance customization features, like color and font choices.

Was good app

This app had been a great app. Until the last update now all it does it crash. Please fix it because this app is very helpful

This update not helpful

I love this app, but it automatically quits anytime I attempt to use it now.

Id written a stellar review, but ....

I wrote a stellar review (see below) because I love this app. But, the current version crashes on my iPad mini (running 8.3) any time I try to select Stream. Please fix this bug. Your app is great, but useless until the bug is fixed. Thank you, and I will absolutely re-do my review as soon as the bug is fixed. --previous review-- I love the way this app organizes things. I can create tasks and to-do list items by theme/subject. It works with language scheduling so I dont always have to go in and enter the due time manually. Thats a big help. Well organized, well thought out. I hope the Mac version wont be too long. Id love to integrate it with my Mac as well as my iPads and iPhone. Thanks a lot for a great tool!
