Lost everything

Was using it on my iPad and iPhone. Great for shopping lists. When all of a sudden, neither will sync. When I try to log in, it tells me my password is invalid. When I try to send the sync log to developers, it does not bring up an email. I deleted it and re-installed it, no help. This is on either device. And I am using the correct password...
